Newsgroup Navigator 9.0 is a software with the capacity of reading text and download attachments.
Article tree view will help you easily track threads in newsgroups and set the read/unread status. Or you can sort articles by Date, by Title, by Sender, and more. You can also downloading only headers of the news articles and download an article only when you click on message, to control the number of articles during download.
