This program ads button "Speak" in outlook express toolbar, you select your email and click on the Speak button, the current selected email will be spoken. You hear it aloud on your PC speakers.

If you dont select part of email, it will speak complete email otherwise it will speak the selected text in your email. You can also get it speak your email while you compose your email to find typographical errors.
