OLfolders exchanges MS Outlook data without a MS Exchange Server OutlookFolders for Outlook permits at the same time the common access to all data in Outlook, without employment of a complex Network server.

Simply install OutlookFolders centrally on any network PC and make this PC thereby into a server, then up to 50 users (*) can access Outlook at the same time.
Whether it concerns contacts, dates, tasks or the post office entrance and/or exit. A central enterprise wide access to an Outlook structure is possible, optionally write and reader rights can be assigned. All employees can use the same contacts. Each employee can for example see who has an appointment at what time or who is busy with which task.
On this central Outlook, you have exactly the same access as on your personal Outlook file. All built-in functions in the public file remain. An already existing network does not have to be changed. That means, you can realize your network also with different MS Outlook or MS operating system versions.
OutlookFolders is not a synchronisation program and not load thus the network, it is like the MS Exchange Server a so mentioned its own "Store Provider".
The functionality of OutlookFolders extends a QSynchronization program for Notebook`s and Home PCs as well as an integrated QMailserver for the internal and external E-Mail dispatch.
So far worldwide already more than 6,000 Outlook users in over 1,500 enterprises are working with OutlookFolders for Outlook.

OLfolders - General features and options
- Simply shares your Outlook in a network, either the standard data file with emails or only your calendar or data in other data files.
- Integrates seamlessly into all versions of Microsoft Outlook
- Compatible with Outlook, Windows, Terminal Server, Exchange Server and most Outlook Add-Ins.
- OLfolders can be accessed by any program using the extended MAPI interface, for example with Word, Access or any application accessing Outlook, CDO or MAPI or DAO.

- OLfolders uses normal PST files which can be simply copied to the backup medium.

- User rights for different folders, for example read-only, invisible, hidden private elements.

OLfolders - Network features
- Flexible: Each computer can be client and server. A network can be established in minutes, if a connection to computer is no longer needed, it can be closed. You can, for example, set up a network during a conference or if you want to copy some data between two computers in a network, also additional to any existing connection to your server.
- Real-time access - all changes are visible at all workstations at the same time, even if many elements have been changed, for example a folder with sub folders is moved to a new location. All clients update their views automatically.
- No conflicts are possible. Because OLfolders is not based on synchronization but on real-time access, it is impossible to create a conflict, for example two or more users have changed the same contact. If the first user has opened the element, all other users get only read access. This option can optionally be turned on or off.

Mail features
- Integrated Mail server - for internal and external mail transport via POP3/SMTP.
- OLfolders optionally delivers incoming emails to a data file in Outlook. Thus emails like info@, support@ can be handled at the server, all clients are able to see new emails and each one sees if an email is unread or unanswered.
