Outlook Personal Assistant - Get your personal assistant for MS Outlook Outlook Personal Assistant (PA) is the Microsoft Outlook Add-in which acts as your own Personal Assistant to remind you of different actions you need to take with your emails.
You can easily add comments and set reminders to any email message as you read them and an appointment will automatically be created for you in your Calendar which will then prompt you to take the appropriate action at the correct time.
The user can also recieve your any appointment reminder to your cell phone or on any other email address. You can also synchronize these appointments to your PDA or Pocket PC.

- Add multiple SMTP accounts so that if one account fails for some reason, Outlook PA automatically tries to send reminder using other SMTP server.
- There is no need to keep Outlook running in order to receive reminders. When you finish adding reminders, you can close your Outlook and even logoff from computer but it must be running and connected to internet in order to recieve reminder emails.
