Thinc-Mail is Thinc Technologies an email client that offers a direct replacement to current email clients on the market today with a look and feel similar to Microsoft’s Outlook or Outlook Express included is the added ability to share your common email address books with the whole office.
Thinc-Mail also includes a Group Mailer this will allow you to send a personalised, single email to each person on the recipient list. The email addresses will not be visible to any other email recipient.
This enables you to send to groups, emails that look as if they has been personalised for each user. Also this works better than using BCC which can be blocked by some ISP’s if used with large lists and better privacy then CC mailing which shows all users in the mailing list.
Thinc-Mail can POP (receive mail) or SMTP (send mail) to any third party mail server on the market today. Thinc-Mail includes the ability to share common address books with other users in the office all that is required is a shared common data path.
Thinc-Mail can act as a standard email client with all mail downloaded and stored on the local users machine however if you use Thinc-Mail in conjunction with Thinc-Server then the ability to store and manage emails centrally is also available to users removing the need to use unique profiles on local PCs and reducing our IT support.

- Network ready addresses can be shared across your LAN, so users can share a common address book and access data at the same time.
- Addresses can be imported or exported from Mailing Groups to / from using a number of file formats.
- Send personalized email, "Dear Fred", "Dear Stan", "Thanks for purchasing product X", etc. Use any fields from the clients data, which Thinc-Mail will fill in on a per email basis as it sends emails.
- Supports all typical email functionality: attachments, embedding images etc.
- Scheduling module - send / collect mail automatically at times you specify.
- Auto Tracking or Auto Replies - monitor mail coming in or replies from mail that went out.
