ContactGenie - Message Class Modifier 1.1.10

ContactGenie - Message Class Modifier 1.1.10 is the tool that enables you to change the message class assigned in any contact folder after the contact has been created.

CG-MCM enables the modification of message classes for existing Microsoft Outlook contacts.

• User Selection message classes to modify
• Ability to Delete/Move/Copy contacts with selected message classes
• Verification that new message class name has been published supports Personal, Folder and Organizational forms libraries) prior to updating any existing contacts
• Identifies all messages classes found within a folder along with number of contacts
• Shows all custom field information related to a selected custom form
• Can display all forms published to either the Folder, Personal or Org forms libraries
• Supports Outlook 2000-2007 - Exch 2000-2003
• Can be run as standalone and/or as an Outlook addin (addin functionality not available for Outlook 2000)

1. Support for Microsoft Outlook '2000-'2007 including MS Exchange '2000-'2003 public contact folders (appropriate rights must be available)

3. Ability to select which Message Class within a contact folder is to be changed for folders containing more then one message class
4. Ability to change selected multiple Message Classes at the same time
5. Ability to delete contacts assigned a selected message class
6. Ability to or contacts with selected messages classes to another contact folder
7. Verifies that the new message class name for a valid published contact form
8. Supports personal, folder and organizational forms libraries
9. Enables correcting contact items with an incorrect message class type (resulting from changes made with anything other then CGMCM - i.e. contacts show as (or other) items
10. Custom form detail information concerning all fields
11. List of all forms published to Personal and Organizational libraries with associated details
12. Dynamic operational information updated within each phase of processing. Data can be saved to a log for own use.
13. Optional automated error reporting via email should any issues be encountered during processing
14. Access to latest product information and product revision history available directly from within the program.

Requirements:

1. Only Windows '2000 and Windows 'XP operating systems are supported (while it may operate on other Windows platforms, no support will be provided related to any operational issues)
2. Will operate on any system that has Microsoft Outlook '2000-'2007 installed (Outlook MUST be installed on the system where any CG product is to be run with a valid profile for the folders to be used)
3. Common components that are distributed with any Microsoft Office setup are not included in any CG installation.
