LBE Contact Deduplicator for MS Outlook 3.2.1 is designed as a professional program that can allow you to automatically delete duplicate Contacts from MS Outlook. Move them to your Deleted folder or another of your choice. Prefix duplicates with a phrase of your choice.

4. The system looks for duplicated items according to your criteria and will move/mark all but one of the duplicates.
5. Run the program from the Windows Start Menu. You will see the main screen:
6. This shows the list of your Outlook folders. If you wish to include MS Exchange Public folders, tick the box.
7. Select the folders you want to work with, a tick will appear in the box alongside each folder name. If you tick a folder that contains sub-folders, they will be ticked also, but you can untick individual ones if you wish.
8. Using the search options, specify the criteria for Contact items to be duplicates.
9. You can choose to prefix the item with a word/phrase of your choice AND/OR move it to a folder of your choice.
10. By clicking the browse button, you can specify a folder to which the duplicates are moved to.This defaults to your Deleted Items folder. If you are not sure, select another folder (of the correct type to hold Calendar items) to move them to. You can create new folders in Outlook by selecting File, New folder... from the main menu.
11. If you don't want Outlook to prompt you with a "A program is trying to access your Address Book" (or similar) warnings, tick the box "Automatically over-ride the Outlook Security warning". A small program called Clickyes (courtesy of Context Magic) will appear in your taskbar.
12. Click the Start Button. Progress of the operation will be shown in the Log. The caption of the Start button will change to "Stop" - you can click this anytime to stop the current operation.
