OneClick Duplicate Delete for Outlook 1.22

OneClick Duplicate Delete for Outlook 1.22 is a program able to remove all your duplicate e-mails and merge contacts. And all this with just one mouseclick and within seconds.

Contacts aren't only removed, they're merged, so that no info can be lost In one-click-mode just 1 single mouse click suffices and double objects are safely recognized and deleted into the paper basket. No questions asked. Computer Pro can of course use also an advanced option where they can configure and change a lot of stuff. But that is optional, of course.

Major Features:

1. Deletes duplicates with one single mouseclick. After installing the software you have a new toolbar. One click on the new "1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook" button and immediately the duplicates will be gone.
2. Advanced mode (with lots of options). For pros there are a lot of options to tweak and configure. You can define where to scan and how to compare. But that is, as already mentioned, optional.
3. Recognizes e-mails, contacts, calendar items, notes, ...All duplicate e-mails / contacts / calendar items / tasks / notes / journal items are recognised and get removed.
4. Merges contacts. If you have a contact twice, it won't simply be deleted. First, the best data of each one (2 or more) will be collected. The fax number from here, the phone number from there. Wherever the data is more current. Automatically, of course.
5. Undo everything. Removed too much? Don't panic, simply undo it!
6. It compares everything. Perhaps it needs 2 seconds more than others. In return it compares very thoroughly, including all file attachments. Your data should be worth 2 seconds.
