Outlook True Archive 1.1.4

Outlook True Archive 1.1.4 offers an ultimate archive utility for Microsoft Outlook PST files. Work around Outlooks method of using the "Last Modified" date instead of the received or sent date while archiving.

When working out which messages to archive, Microsoft Outlook bases its calculations on the date a message was "Last Modified", NOT the date on which the message was originally sent or received. As a result users often find that many messages are not archived by Outlooks built in archiving facility.

The "Last Modified" date is changed by a number of actions such opening or forwarding a mail message (see below). This is where Outlook True Archive comes in. Outlook True Archive allows you to select which date to use when performing an archive.

Major Features:

1. Select the folders you wish to archive.
2. Select mail messages by date received, date sent, date last modified.
3. Move or copy matching messages to the destination, or just delete them.
4. Preserves message received & sent time stamps in destination.
5. Create an Archive .PST file if one does not exist.
6. Select source and destination for moving mail out of / back into your main PST file.
7. Choose to include or exclude "No Archive" items.
8. Choose to include or exclude unopened mail items.
9. Preview mode allows you to see totals before performing an archive.
10. Set the archive task priority to Normal, Medium or High.
11. Export messages to a disk folder in MSG format, EML, HTML, TNEF or plain text format
12. Import messages from a disk folder in MSG or TNEF format.
13. User defined filenames for message export.
14. Update the "Last Modified" time stamp of selected messages within the PST to the original received date or sent date.
