The first thing you need to do is pay off your debt to the Loan Shark. After that, your goal is to make as much money as possible (and stay alive). You have 31 days of game time to make your fortune, avoiding cops and muggers and suffering occasional misfortune such as dropping some drugs or enormous price fluctuation. If you get lucky, youll be given the oppotunity to buy a bigger trench coat to hold more gear, and guns to engage Officer Hardass and his deputies with!

Once youve completed a game, Dope Wars will issue you with an encrypted key that you can enter on these web pages via the Dealer Den to submit your score into the World Tables and see how you fare against other dealers around the planet!

Dope Wars is also massively multi-player. Just launch the game and you could potentially be playing the game simultaneously with thousands of other players around the World! There is no limit to this number and best of all, you dont need an internet connection to do this! How did we manage this? Quite simply, we did away with any complex code that actually hooks the game into a central server or to other running copies of Dope Wars and made the game completely stand-alone, thus eliminating the usual problems of lag over the internet and too many connections to a server, in one stroke! Hundreds of thousands of people around the planet now have a copy of Dope Wars and its a fair bet that a few thousand of them are playing it at the same time as you.
