PC Virtual Pet Software 1.0 is a product of Mezaman, LLC., which is developed from the basic virtual pet idea to build a new type of virtual pet simulation for the computer. The pet is similar to handheld pets, but uses the power of the computer to have spectaular features such as 3d graphics.
Virtual Pets are fake or make-believe pets. They origianated as hand held toys that you could nurture, take care of, and watch grow up. You may of have heard of a Tamagotchi. A Tamagotchi ("tom-ah-got-chee") is a "virtual pet" that lives on a tiny LCD screen on a keychain. "Tamago" is Japanese for "egg," and "Tomodatchi" means "friend". So the word literally means "egg-friend."
