The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Playable Chimer Race mod is a program which lets you play as a Chimer or a light-skinned ancestors of Dunmer. The Chimer have two abilities: one gives a permanent 10% reflect damage and 10% reflect spell. The other lets you summon a spider daedra and get a 50% shield for about 30 seconds.
