36-image converter 4.4.2.5

36-image converter is a useful tool which can convert the extension of .bmp,.gif and .bmp into 36-other types o.a. icons, .tiff, .pdf, .pii and much more.
Contains also information to read and create the new image filetype developed by Phoenxsoftware : Pii (phoenx Inet Image)
that is usefull to take full control of your image without the changes that compression brings with.
This version contains options to resize and move the images and edit using filters for eg. grayscale, roman effect, lighten, darken.etc. The extension bug is also fixed.
Many more advanced options are added to oa. Merge images and recolor them, see screenshots. and now you can associate 36IC to a filetype eg. bmp. And major bug fix on extensions and CMD parameters. Also bug fix on Mozaic tool.
With new interface and tools to set image to sepia, blue, red, yellow or a user selected color. Now even a tool to set the image so that it looks like there is a focus on the central part and three picture-frames. All action can be redone by using the history function. With an automatic update panel.
