CAD Viewer 5.0

CAD Viewer 5.0 allows you to view and print CAD drawings up to AutoCAD 2008 (in DXF and DWG formats). The optional Markup extension can overlay drawings with notes and red-line corrections. CAD Viewer is easy to use with advanced features for CAD professionals such as back and forward browsing, HGPL, multiple raster formats, multiple file selection and batch printing. The straight forward interface makes the software especially easy for non-CAD users. The software can become a Map Viewer, Land Titles Viewer, House Plan Viewer, or Inventory Parts Viewer. Because CAD Viewer is one of the easiest and fastest viewing software available, it allows you to concentrate on your work rather than wasting time on the software. When using the software you can view descriptions for each operation which appears whenever the mouse cursor is placed over the particular toolbutton or menu item. The status line also displays short messages and instructions during the CAD Viewer operations. CAD Viewer allows multiple drawings (up to 240) to be loaded simultaneously. The software reads BMP, CAL, GIF, GP4, JPEG, PNG and TIFF raster formats and can save to PDF, BMP, JPG, TIFF, CAL, GIF, PNG. It can view ESRI shapefiles, read HPGL plotter formats and can be used for slide show presentations. It supports Viewports, Text Search and ZIP files. CAD Viewer 5.0 Markup provides all the capabilities of the standard version CAD Viewer 5.0 plus the extra ability to overlay the drawing with text notes and other red-lining elements such as lines, boxes and arrows. Markup entities are added to a special Markup Layer, which may be turned on/off at any time. The drawing along with corrections or highlighted areas may be printed, saved to a PDF document, or saved to a raster image format. The source drawing remains untouched by the markup operations. CAD Viewer has full on-line support with 12 months free upgrades. The software also has a German language version for both versions.
