Block Replace 2

Block Replace 2 is a mighty efficacious program that works with AutoCAD to replace blocks in your drawing, while preserving or combining the attribute data. It offers one to many or many to one functionality for blocks at the definition, reference, attribute and property levels.

Records the blocks in your current AutoCAD drawing and displays them in an interactive grid. Blocks may be replaced with any other blocks from a selected directory or within the drawing. Specify a replacement block for each existing block definition. Select specified types by polyline or all (in model space). Press the Go button and watch the blocks being swapped on screen. Existing attributes values may be transferred, one to one or many to one, to the replacement blocks attributes via a configurable form.

Other options include: scale, rotation, layers (create new/multiple), and keep existing.

Major Features:

1. Automatically records blocks from the current drawing and displays them in an interactive grid.
2. Blocks may be replaced with any other blocks from within the drawing or a selected directory.
3. Select by (including multiple block definitions):
   • Pick
   • Polyline
   • All
4. Existing attributes values may be transferred on a one to one, or many to one basis (allowing for combined values) via a configurable form.
5. Other options include:
   • Scale (new or match existing)
   • Rotation (new or match existing)
   • Layer (new or match existing)
   • Choose to erase the existing blocks (or leave them in place).
