CSS Photo Resizer can resize photos for the your desktop, web sites or mobile devices (PSP, mobile phone etc.) in 3 easy steps. 1-(select resize options), 2 - (select a destination folder), 3 - (select photos). CSS Photo Resizer also supports batch photo resizing.
Photos can be shrunk to fit or resized and cropped, whichever gives the best result for you. Choose from 1 of 33 predefined resolutions or add your own resolution to suit your device. Photos resized for mobile devices can have substantially smaller file sizes, and will therefore use far less of your mobile devices memory. As an example a 2592 x 1944 photo resized for a mobile phone with a resolution of 176 x 208, results in the file size reducing from 1292KB to 10KB.
