IrfanPaint 0.4.13.70 description
IrfanPaint 0.4.13.70 is designed as a useful and high quality open-source plug-in that adds painting features to IrfanView; it is developed by Matteo Italia (obviously in collaboration with Irfan Skiljan) and, as IrfanView, it is freeware.
It is also free, open-source software, released under the permissive BSD license.
Requirements:
- IrfanPaint works only on NT versions of Windows, i.e. Windows NT 4, 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Vista, 7
Enhancements:
- This release fixes a bug in the previous one which made selections not working correctly with the current IV version.
- It also includes some hacks to make IrfanPaint work better with the new IV selections handling.
