Jordan Smith's Easy Icon Maker 5.0

Jordan Smith's Easy Icon Maker 5.0 makes it easy to edit a transparent or opaque icon with sizes of 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, or 64x64, or those that are customized. The colors may be monochrome (one bit), 16-color (four bits), 256-color (eight bits), true-color (24 bits), or true-color and alpha-channel (32 bits).

You also may extract an icon from a binary file such as EXE, DLL, or OCX. You may import from or export to graphic files, and a capture button allows you to capture any area on the screen to the editor. Filter functions allow you to process the icon with special effects such as lightening, darkening, softening, and sharpening.
