JpegSizer is an inexpensive image-resizing utility for shrinking images into compact JPEG files ready for e-mail attachments, Web pages, photo-sharing Web sites, and Office documents.
You can resize single files or large batches, and the ability to drag and drop from thumbnail views is supported. It reduces pixel dimensions, and automatically figures the JPEG compression needed to achieve the file size you want.
