PicViewer 3.0.2.40 is an easy-to-use and affordable image viewer for most common file formats which help display pictures in the following formats: JPEG, GIF, BMP, ICO, EMF, CUR, ANI, WMF, PNG, PCX, TIFF, PSD, FlashPix(FPX), PCD, icons from EXE, DLL, ICL files. Additional plug-in viewers display HTML pages and play different audio and video files (WAV, MP3, WMA, AVI, MPEG, ASF and others).

This image viewer can display pictures in the most common image file formats, including BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, TGA, PSD and PCD. The program includes slide shows; file-by-file browsing; an image filename command-line parameter for access from your file manager; animated GIF support; the ability copy files to the Clipboard in BMP format; bookmarks; and modes for automatic sizing, stretching, and tiling.
