Raysier 0.1.0 Alpha

The Raysier application was designed to be a free image viewing and editing tool.Its engine is based on the well-known Imagemagick library. This is just the prototype of Raysier implemented with some basic image processing functions, so it may not be totally bug free this moment. The future of it is still not known, I hope it will be a specialized tool in one of the areas in imaging technology.

- Support large number of raster image formats (e.g. jpg, gif, bmp, rgb, tga , etc...)
