TigerCad is a Windows 2D CAD software package aimed primarily at mechanical, architectural and diagramming applications. All the usual CAD drawing and editing tools are provided including advanced features like curve-fitting, multiple parallels, tangents etc. TigerCad has a very powerful and flexible system for cutting and pasting, which makes it easy to: copy graphics from one drawing to another, create libraries of re-usable graphics, drag sections of a drawing around with visual feedback, scale, rotate and mirror graphics with visual feedback.
