Troi Grabber Plug-in 1.5

Troi Grabber Plug-in adds Video Image Grabbing functions. With it you can take a picture from a video camera and put it into a container field. And now record movies too!

Troi Grabber Plug-in has reached the end of its lifecycle. You can still use it and buy it, but we have decided that we will no longer update the plug-in and that we will phase out support for it as well. Version 1.5 is compatible with FileMaker 6 and earlier. It will probably work with FileMaker 7 too, but your milage may vary.

Features:

preview the image stream from the video input source
grab pictures from a video input source and put them into your FileMaker database
crop pictures to grab only the desired part of the video image (Mac OS only)
rotate pictures before grabbing (Mac OS only)
record a movie from a video input source for a specified number of seconds or until the mouse is clicked and save the movie to a specified file on the hard disk (Mac OS only)
get timecodes of a recorded movie; you can get the timecode of the beginning of the movie, of the end of the movie, the timecode at the current point in the movie or the duration of the movie in timecode (Mac OS only)
