is not just one more image viewer, but it allows to view images zoomed in using an original algorithm VK Zoomer is a small but smart and interesting application that allows to view images (bmp, ico, jpg, png, gif - the 1st frame only for a gif, .pcx, .tga, .wmf, .emf), zooming it using an original "zoom in" algorithm.
For most of images those are scaled zoomed in looking better than it could be done with other proggies. Algorithm used is not too fast, but with MMX support and some optimizations result is obtained sufficiently fast.
VK Zoomer is not just one more image viewer, but it allows to view images zoomed in using an original algorithm, which provides very realistic magnification for photos.
Main features:
- with thumnail preview mode,
- full screen mode and gamma correction.
- It supports: bmp, ico, cur, gif (no animation), jpeg, png, tga, pcx, wmf, emf, psd, tiff, ppm, ani, fli, flc, flic.
- It can also view graphic resources in executables (exe, dll, ocx, scr, etc.) and load files by only its signature, ignoring extensions.
- It allows to copy to / paste form the clipboard, drag files from anywhere to apps window, crop on the fly, slide show.
- It is MMX optimized, but MMX used only if available.
- It can also rename files and file groups with auto-renumbering.
- It allows also to encrypt images in directories.
