Albion StopNow! 3.5

Albion StopNow! was designed to help the user establish good work habits by encouraging him to take regular breaks while working at the computer.
It provides discreet audible and visible reminders when you have been working without a break for an extended period. The reminders are designed to be:
- obvious to you,
- not too obvious to anyone else,
- mildly annoying (so that you actually stop working),
- not so annoying that you have to exit the program before you can use the computer in an emergency.
"Take regular breaks" is probably the most frequent advice you will receive when you talk to medical professionals about Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI).
Note: RSI is also called Repetitive Stress Injury, OOS (Occupational Overuse Syndrome) or CTD (Cumulative Trauma Disorder).
