Keep track of Doctor's visits, their comments, your comments, specialist info, drugs info,phone numbers. You can print data records, take your health history to a doctors visit, email any record to a doctor, export into an excel style format for analysis, save phone numbers, specialist referrals etc. All data is stored on your computer in xml files and nothing is stored online and nothing travels over the internet.
