The Hitter's Attention Theory is the culmination of a 10 year study on hitter's reactionary skills, visual skills and actual game swing skills in an 8,000 at bat experiment. Testing to see what speeds hitters could actually react to and what speeds they could not react to, lead to some amazing discoveries in the field of pitching.
