Emotions Manager 2000

Emotions Manager 2000 is an easy-to-use intuitive software program for maximizing the benefits from your reactions to everyday events, thoughts and emotions. If Password protection is enable, you can only enter the Main Menu of the program by first entering the correct Password. Once at the Main Menu you have five main commands:

Resolve: Use Resolve to instantly eliminate the irrational or bothersome nature of any thought, emotion or situation. Resolve allows you to put the emotion behind you and return to your life with as little interruption as possible. It also helps you to build your skills for dealing with all types of emotions and situations.

Review: Review your prior entries to refine your understanding of your own reactions so that you will know how to handle or deal with similar situations in the future. Over time, Review can help you to spot "false scripts" which hold you back and to change them.

Graphs: There are over 100 graphs, charts and tables to take an in depth look at your emotional makeup and track your progress over any period of time. You can even look for seasonal trends based on months, seasons or weekdays.

Analysis: Through statistical comparison of your overall reported emotions to the emotions you have experienced over the past week, month or year, you can quickly spot emerging hot spots and quantify your progress in any emotion.

Print: You can selectively print your entries to keep a hard journal, a list of your experiences for discussion with a therapist or to closely examine any troublesome area.
