With this constantly snowballing quantity of files, it is often difficult to cope with such a non-stop data flow.
FileSearcher has been developed in order to successfully manage this information overload and to speedily and accurately locate the files you need, when you need them.
FileSearcher is a desktop application that provides full text search capability using a host of different file types. Supported file types include Plain Text (txt), Rich Text Format (rtf), Web pages (HTML), Microsoft Word (doc), Adobe PDF (pdf) and more.
The most innovative feature of FileSearcher is that you can view a brief snapshot of any information found while searching.
This lets you preview the search results while you are looking without having to wait until the search has finished. It is possible to stop the search at any moment if you have found the file you are looking for.
Exact search results are provided with both simplified and power search settings. These settings can be easily specified within FileSearcher.

FileSearcher allows you to search for files:
- By filename mask (also with regular expressions)
- In subdirectories
- In archives (ie zip)
- By date (created/modified/accessed), size (greater/less/equal) and attributes (read only/hidden/system/directory etc)
- Full text (also with regular expressions).
FileSearcher allows you to manage found files:
- Open, open containing folder and open with particular program.
- Cut, copy, rename (by mask) and delete.
- Copy selected file names and put them on the Clipboard.
- Copy and move to another location.
- Select files by mask.
FileSearcher provides you with some additional functions:
- Drag&Drop supported.
- Export search result to text, excel table, batch command or web page.
- View/edit text/binary file with internal text/binary viewer/editor.
- Customize additional tools.
- Options setup.
