Using GP Desk 3.05, you can store a complete electronic record of your patients medical history.

GP Desk includes:

• Allergies
• Problems
• Diagnoses
• Procedures
• Tests
• Medications
• Immunization
• Pregnancy
• Events, which include symptoms, signs, joint mannequin, and a skin display
• Letters sent
• Documents and pictures received and taken

You can view your patients records in a summary format, in an event timeline format, and in lists (corresponding to the above items).
