GymMaster provides a complete range of ways to manage recreation centres or other situations requiring a membership based data system.
Main features:
- Activity database - GymMaster can handle a wide range of activities: climbing course, swimming, computer training course, aerobics class, a camp, gymnastics, concession based entry, holiday programme for children, or a basketball competition. A wide assortment of different gym membership packages can also be given to members. Programme activities can be set on a fixed time period, on membership length, number of visits, or a combination of these.
- Compatibility - GymMaster is compatible with most of the common software used in businesses today. MS Office and OpenOffice are supported and all of the information is stored in a standard database. - Instant feedback - Expired members are picked up instantly, concessions are deducted automatically. Early bird members will be denied access later in the day. When a card is used, staff are instantly presented with both on screen feedback and an aural cue as to the validity. No more clicking cards or manually recording details, a receptionist can simply listen for the "Access granted" or "Access denied" voice while continuing to perform other duties.

- Reports - GymMaster offers a large range of predefined reports as well as customized ones. The reports are in standard formats and are compatible with most software sweets such as ms office and openoffice. They can be emailed automatically to the appropriate destination or used with the mail merge functions and sent my snail mail.
- Web integration - More and more people are using the web every day and it can be a important interaction point between you and your members. We can set up direct integration of the system with your website. What is required here will vary depending on your needs. One common feature we do is class registration where members can sign up for classes on line and pay with their credit card. Renewal of memberships is also easily done on line.
