Handicap Manager for Excel 5.0 is written with Visual Basic for Applications in Microsoft Excel. It is completely compatible with Excel 97/2000/XP/2003/2007 or higher. It meets all the requirements of the USGA Handicap System for the computation of USGA Handicap Indexes.
