ImplantViewer is a program created and developed to help you in the planning of a safer and efficient surgery allowing you to perform 3D implant simulation on your computer.
The 3D simulated model can be exported to a STL file. The prototyping company can create an accurate prototype surgical guide with that file.
The software ImplantViewer has two configurations:
Converter
The Converter configuration allows the user to work with all features of ImplantViewer. This configuration works as a DICOM files converter. The Imaging Center imports the DICOM files into the program creating a new project and save this project in a specific format readable by the Viewer software configuration. This Viewer could be distributed by the Imaging Center in order to offer an additional valuable service to their clients. This configuration is provided with a hardware key.
Single
The Single configuration allows the user to work with all features of ImplantViewer, but its project is not readable by the Viewer software configuration, so it does not work as a converter. This configuration is provided with a hardware key.
Main features:
- Simulate the implant position on 2D planes and 3D models;
- Calculate the bone density in Housfield scale;
- Identify the mandibular canal on 3D model;
- Create panoramic, para-axials, axials, sagitals, coronals and 3D model from the axial slices in DICOM format;
- Apply distances and angles measurements;
- Apply text on the image;
- Visualization of created slices on 3D model;
- Export 3D model to surgical guide manufacturer.
