Use My Blood Pressure to get the most out of your home blood pressure monitor machine. My Blood Pressure can calculate and print averages for groups of your readings (for example the average of your AM readings in the last 45 days) and the option to set the personal systolic and diastolic levels that signal a high reading (defaults to 120/80). Multiple report options are available including: a printed formatted report containing your chart, averages and individual readings, a Web page generated report that creates a Web page of your blood pressure reading history, and a text report for e-mailing.
