NavTools Meteo 4.14DR

NavTools Meteo 4.14DR is developed as an application which helps you retrieve worldwide weather charts, satellite images, radar, and hurricane information from Internet. It includes the option to order files via e-mail if no direct TCP/IP online connection is available.

NavTools Meteo is a small and easy to use program to order weather charts / forecasts / hurricane warnings / etc from Internet via the free NOAA Internet servers.

If you have an online Internet connection, to software is able to download the requested files direct from the Internet. If you do not have an online Internet connection (for instance most vessels while at sea) the software is able to create an email message, requesting the selected chart(s) via the free of charge NOAA ftpmail service. In this case, you will receive the requested file(s) within a few minutes as attachments to a return mail.

If your email is MAPI compliant (for instance Amos Mail) you can use the default MAPI driver to create the email messages, should this not work with your email, you can use the SMTP version or you can create a textfile and import this text into your email system (copy and paste).
