You know how important a consistent nutrition schedule is. Eating the right things at the right times can completely change how we look and feel.
Nutri-Minder is a useful application that has been designed to remember that nutrition program for you. It keeps you on track by providing reminders to your computer or SMS enabled cellular phone.
"Plug in" your own nutritional program and let Nutri-Minder remember the details for you. No more forgotten meals or supplements. A friendly reminder window appears on your computer. If the reminder is not acknowledged, the meal reminder is forwarded to your cell phone.
"Quiet Mode" bypasses the computers screen and delivers the message directly to the phone.
Our system is extremely flexible. Start by entering your food and supplements as "Items". Items are added to "Meal Groups". Each meal group is then added to a "Reminder Group" and scheduled.
