Optimism-for-mental-health-2.9.0 is a strongly effective software that is applied for controlling your mental health. It is used for recovering from depression and other illnesses, for maintaining good health, and as a self-help tool.
There are charts and reports which highlight cause and effect relationships that you might normally miss.
All output can be printed or saved to PDF, and emailed to a health professional prior to appointments if appropriate.
The Record screen is for data collection. It is the information that forms the basis of the graphs and charts that will help you to better understand your illness.
In the "Stay Well Strategies Today" section list the things that you know, or suspect, are beneficial to your health. The fields have been set up with lots of ideas to get you started. Use the custom window to remove the ones that aren’t relevant to you and to add ones that are. You can also reorder them so that the most important strategies appear first on the screen. You can have up to 20 Stay Well Strategies showing on the screen.
For each strategy that you display you have the option of adding a "rating" field. A rating field allows you to quantify the amount that a stay well strategy applies for a given day. As an example, you may regard drinking adequate water each day as a strategy for good health. By adding a "rating" field you can record the number of glasses of water consumed. To add the rating open the "Customize" window and tick the relevant box in the "Rate" column. This will add a small black triangle next to that field, which if you click, will show the numbers 1 to 10 for you to select.
The Stay Well Strategies that you check on a given day, and the ratings that you apply for some or all of them, will show up in various places: at the bottom of the Charts, on the Report, and in exported data (using the Export Data menu item in the File Menu).

Wev'e also made changes to improve the installation process, and added an Undo function for text fields.
