PC OMR 9.0

PC OMR 9.0 is a Windows based forms-processing shareware software designed for tests and surveys, that can collect data from optical marks on plain paper forms.

PC OMR works with imaging equipment such as scanners, or any most digital camera capable of providing images of at least 640X480. Higher resolution may be required for tests or surveys requiring a 100 or more responses.

PC OMR provides many test forms from which to choose and print on plain paper. PC OMR can automatically grade tests and provide a detailed analysis that can be exported to Excel or Word format. PC OMR supports tests with subjective questions.

PC OMR reads 1 test form in 1 second by PC camera (web camera) or 2-15 seconds by image scanner according to scanner performance with complete accuracy when the forms are correctly filled in by users.

Export Formats 

You can export data to virtually any spreadsheet, database, or statistical package via one of the following data file formats.

• MS-Word 

Statistics. PC OMR provides a complete grade report for test.

• You are allowed to specify answer key, grade scale, questions points and other grading information for your test. PC OMR will use these information to grade test automatically.
• For a test PC OMR calculates: average, highest score, lowest score, total scores of all testees, amount of factual testees, amount of testees in each letter grade, amount of passed testees, rate of testee in each letter grade and passrate, division score, band score, sum total score of test, data sorting in Ascending/Descending Order.
• For each testee PC OMR calculates: Total score, Raw score, added score, Grade, responses for each question, question number with incorrect responses, factual score of each question,
• For each question PC OMR displays testee No. with incorrect responses, factual score percentage.
• For each answer choice PC OMR calculates the percentage of testees who select the choice.

Image Formats

PC OMR can process forms that have been saved as image files. This features allows PC OMR to read pre-scanned forms.
