Posture1 is a Software destined for the Computer user that has to spend many hours per day in front of his screen.

We are all aware of the myriad of health problems related to work done using a keyboard. Problems, like neck pain, tight shoulders, pain between the shoulder blades, elbow pain, wrist pain, carpal-tunnel syndrome, finger pain, numbness in the legs, headaches, fatigue stress and distraction.

As a clinician, I regularly repeat to all my patients to sit straight and not to slip in their work chair. I regularly repeat to stretch and give them ergonomic advice. This advice needs to be repeated daily and even hourly to be effective. Unfortunately punctual advice is not sufficient. Repetition is the key, in order for an employee to think about proper Posture and Stretching.

Posture1 is a new Software, that does all of that, in an attractive, efficient, elegant, user friendly, easy and fast way. The instructional video lasts for only one minute. It is aimed not to disturb the employee during his work and it does not cause any managerial problems for the employer.

The Software launches automatically to the employee setting. The employee can choose between a 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute intervals. The instructional video displays twelve short exercises that the employee is encouraged to follow. The routine lasts 60 seconds. Once the stretch/exercise is complete, the window will close by itself.
