RadioTelephone Tutor 5.1 is designed as a professional program that can allow you to study for the FCC GROL License, plus the Ship Radar Endorsement License.

The FCC GROL License is needed to adjust, maintain, or repair transmitters in the aviation, maritime, and international fixed public radio services.

Computers have a reputation for speeding things up. This includes studying for the General Radiotelephone Operator License exam.
