Soccer-Trainer also offers full pre-made training sessions and programs. More than 350 exercises are available. Plus, an exercise editor is included into the software to allow you to create your own exercises, which you can then add into the training sessions and programs.

Soccer-Trainer has been made to help out every coach: from beginner coaches to the experienced ones. An assistant is available to help the less experienced coach in the preparation of training sessions. Pre-made sessions and programs allow coaches/trainers to print high-quality training plans in a few clicks.
