Major Features:

1. Effective way to manage school dances, plays, sporting events, etc. Using a software program to manage your events means you no longer have to worry about the small stuff. The software will track ticket sales, attendance, scan for ineligible students, and print reports for your documentation. The software works with a barcode scanner and student ID cards with barcodes imprinted on them. Prior to the actual event, you can presale tickets by collecting the student’s money and scanning their ID cards. This is known as “Registering” students into an event. When the event comes around, all you have to do is scan their ID cards again and the computer will verify that they have paid.  
2. Track attendance for study hall or detention: The Ticketing 4 Schools software is very flexible. Besides events where students buy tickets, you have an option to just track attendance. When students check into study hall or detention, just scan their ID card and let the system track who attended. At the end of the day you can print or e-mail a report to other staff members to verify their student(s) showed up.
3. Automatically checks student eligibility: When you have an event that maybe students with only good behavior can attend, Ticketing 4 Schools offers a solution that simplifies the process. At many schools when students have too many discipline points (detentions, suspensions etc.), they are not allowed to attend special events like a school dance. Ticketing 4 Schools will automatically check the status of a student when they attempt to purchase a ticket, and if their permission status is set to "NO" then the system will block them out and they will not be able to purchase a ticket.     
4. Print sales and attendance reports: Many ASB and Activity Directors get audited every few years to verify income and expenses. Ticket tracking has never been so easy. Every student who purchases a ticket gets a sequential ticket number and the computer time stamps every transaction. At the end of an event you can print reports for total sales, attendance and even sales per day so you can keep your accounting straight.  
5. Easily train students to run the software: After you complete the software setup, students can run the event by themselves. The software has been tested with many Jr. High and High School students who have guided us in making the software simple and user friendly. The system also allows two different types of users, student and admin. Student users can basically sell tickets and scan students into an event while the admin users can create events, run reports and import student names into the system.  
6. No more lost tickets and dealing with wristbands: The advantages of using a student ID card instead of numbered tickets or wristbands are plentiful. First off, you will no longer have to deal with students losing their ticket or trying to switch their wristbands. You will also prevent fraud because students need to have their ID card, which has their picture on it. Finally, you will no longer have to buy or print tickets to your events.

No more fraud (fake tickets) and students trying to cheat the system.The software also saves the activity director lots of time as you no longer have to look through lists to verify student eligibility or status. You can even setup different price structures if you sell dance passes or activity stickers at the beginning of the year. You can charge student without a sticker one price and students with a sticker a different price. The student status for having an ASB / Activity sticker is preset in the system; so when they buy a ticker the computer determines the amount to collect.
