Toptableplanner - Seating Plan Software 3.3 is a powerful web-based tool that helps you to quickly arrange and create your table seating plan.

You can rearrange guests and tables as much as you like and create different versions to see what works best. Just create your guest list (you can import existing lists from Word or Excel), add some tables, and then drag and drop guests onto the plan.

Once youve arranged your plan you can then output a PDF ready for printing. You can even print your place cards.

2. Arranging Your Plan
   
   • Import Guestlists: Easily import guest names from Word or Excel files.

   • Add/Remove Tables: Add and remove tables at any point.
   • Add/Remove Seats: Add and remove seats from any table to create larger/smaller ones.
   • Rename/Renumber Tables: Give your tables unique names.
   • Drag Guests Onto Seats: Drag your guests onto seats and rearrange as many times as you like.
   • Meal Choices and RSVPs: Easily store your guests' meal choices and RSVP status.
   • Add Non-Table Objests: Add other ojects to your plan such as dance floors, cake/present tables etc.
3. Printing Your Plan

• Print Table Plans: Print your table plan on anything from A1 to A4 and Letter sizes. Print one for display and another as reference for your caterers.
• Print Place Cards: Easily print place cards for your tables either using plain card or pre-cut template sheets.
• Print a Guestlist: Print a list of guests who are sat at each table.
