Urdu-Arabic-English Ticker 10

This text ticker supports both languages written from left to right like English and languages written from right to left like Urdu and Arabic.
This ticker is simple and gets the job done without hogging cpu time. It is intended for use on local channels for Cable Operators or Schools or other organizations that need a ticker for their local Tv channels.

Features

Editing
You can edit the text inside the ticker or you could use your favorite editor to create your text and save it in Rich Text Format as a .rtf extension file.
Right to Left and Left to Right Scrolling option.
To scroll text from left to right or right to left, right click and select the option you want.
Speed and Timer Control
You can control the scroll speed and even the timer to create the perfect scrolling effect you want for the language you want.
Showing the border and Hiding the Border.
You can use the Show Border" option to show the borders to move the ticker to your desired location, then use the Hide border option to hide borders.
