Yoga Freeware 3.6  is a collaborative software project featuring asana photos, yoga instructions (hatha yoga, raja yoga & jnana yoga), meditation exercises, articles on self-awareness and self-realization, and a growing dictionary of traditional and modern yoga styles (now with descriptions for over 80 yoga styles!)

This program does not replace the need of a qualified instructor, but you can use it to find one through the International Yoga Centers Directory! Related ZP software (Awareness Ebook/Chakras/Yantras) is not included in Yoga Freeware, but can be downloaded as shareware (try before you buy) from the main menu.
