1st QuickRes controls your display settings, wallpaper, screen savers, and color schemes from a convenient system tray icon.

Be creative with your display settings

Using 1st QuickRes you can change the color depth, resolution and refresh rate on-the-fly, with a preview of your changes and the option to confirm them or not.

While changing the desktop size, 1st QuickRes retains the position and size of desktop windows and icons.

You can define your own favorite display settings with quick access using the tray menu or keyboard shortcuts.

Pre-built favorites allows you to incrementally enlarge or reduce the desktop size.

Preview and switch screen savers
You can browse screen savers using resizable preview dialog. Any screen saver can be launched, configured, or set as the default directly from the tray menu. Also you can configure options to launch the screen saver immediately by double-clicking the tray icon.

Wallpaper. You have full wallpaper control with 1st QuickRes. You can browse wallpaper in a dialog with preview or switch wallpapers directly from the tray menu. You can create a list of your favorite JPEG images and set them as wallpaper.

And color schemes. 1st QuickRes allows you to preview and switch desktop color schemes.

Rotate favorite screen savers, wallpapers and color schemes
Favorite screen savers, wallpapers and color schemes can be included in the randomize list and later changed randomly every hour or at Windows startup.

Add custom display settings to applications.You can apply custom display settings to any application or document using the 1st QuickRes shell extension.

Customize 1st QuickRes. You can reorder or hide unnecessary items from the tray menu. 1st QuickRes supports Windows 95/98/Me and Windows NT/2000/XP.
