ActivIcons helps you customize the Windows desktop, icons and cursor attributes.
ActivIcons includes the functions you need whether you want to use animated icons on your desktop, or just to replace icons for Network Neighborhood, My Computer, and other icons which Windows places on your desktop and Explorer file manager.
Main features:
