Actual Title Buttons 5.4 lends you a helping hand when you need to add the new Minimize To Tray and Stay On Top buttons to any applications title bar next to the Windows standard Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons.
The new buttons are as easy to use as the standard ones: you can minimize any window to system tray or force it to stay on top of other windows with a single mouse click.
The Minimize To Tray feature lets you save the taskbar space while providing access to minimized applications via the system tray icons.
The Stay On Top feature helps you place the selected windows on top of other ones, so that it were always accessible and couldn't be hidden by other windows.
Actual Title Buttons can be useful for working with high-end office, graphic or business packages (MS Office, Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Draw etc.), as well as with smaller utilities (calculators, image viewers etc.) and even with the system dialogs ("Add/Remove Programs", "Display Properties", "Time/Date Properties" etc.).
Major Features:
- Minimize to Tray button: The Minimize to Tray feature lets you save taskbar space while providing access to minimized applications via the system tray icons. Make your own taskbar less cluttered and more handy!
- RollupUnroll button: The RollupUnroll feature lets you minimize windows so only the title bars remain visible.
- Stay on Top button: The Stay on Top feature helps you place the selected windows on top of other ones, so that it were always accessible and couldnt be hidden by other windows. Dont let these windows annoy you when you busy!
- Send to Bottom button: The Send to Bottom feature sends the desired window to the bottom of others. In other words, this button hides a window under other windows, but leaves it on the desktop.
- Make Transparent button: The Make Transparent feature lets you apply transparency effect from 0% (fully transparent) to 100% (solid) rate to any program such as Instant Messenger, Notepad, Outlook Express and others in Windows 2000/XP.
Enhancements:
- The core engine has been slightly improved: now startup actions are applied to a window before it becomes visible so there will be no annoying blinking when changing windows position/size upon its startup.
- The ability to invoke advanced window actions via system window menu is added.
- The Windows 7 Aero Snap emulation is added. It allows you:
- auto-maximize a window by dragging it to the top edge of desktop;
- auto-restore a maximized window by starting drag it as any normal window;
- auto-span a window to the left/right half of desktop by dragging it to the left/right edge of desktop correspondingly;
- auto-maximize a window just vertically while dragging its top/bottom edge to the top/bottom edge of desktop correspondingly.
- Windows Thumbnails feature is added. Once enabled, it creates a small preview copy for each running window (either visible or hidden) and displays this preview as a visual tip in one of the following places:
- over Taskbar buttons;
- over AltMin screen icons;
