BioniX-Wallpaper-Extreme 5.41 offers you a program which can be used to change your desktop and lets you to set the time interval at which your desktop wallpaper will be changed. You can chose a inverval between one second and a few years (in the time elapse gauge).

It supports PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, ICO, EMF, WMF image files. Soon it will support more image types.

The images from the playlist are displayed by the wallpaper changer randomly / shuffle or continuously. While running, the wallpaper manager skips invalid image files (that don't exist any more in your computer). On Windows 98, it switches automatically between Active Desktop and normal desktop.

15. Drag and Drop: You can drag multiple pictures or folders from your file manager (Windows Explorer) in Bionix. BioniX Desktop Wallpaper will automatically search and extract all images from the dragged folders and insert them into the current playlist.
16. Skins: BioniX Desktop Wallpaper Manager is skinable. You can download new skins, or you can create your own skins.
17. "Active Desktop" auto-detection: For Windows 98 users BioniX Desktop Wallpaper can automatically switch off the Active Desktop. This is recommended because Active Desktop is a very hungry memory feature of Windows. 
18. Smart wallpaper positioning: BioniX Desktop Wallpaper has, in addition to the well known tile / stretch / center functions, two new functions:

• Smart stretch = if some of your pictures are bigger or smaller than your desktop size, BioniX Desktop Wallpaper will make them fit
• Smart tile = if some of your pictures are tiny, BioniX will tile them.
