The Claymore Scheduler is designed to allow multiple employees day planners be managed from a single location. This is particularly useful in a dispatch type environment. For example, if four support staff are available to be scheduled and a call comes in for a support call, a manager can determine who should go - at a glance.

Events can be scheduled using different categories. Each category is colour coded. Also, a reminder can be set at some interval prior to the event, this can be any sound effect you would like. Tasks can be created for each employee and notes can be placed with each.
An employees schedule can be viewed in a number of different ways. You can choose to view daily, weekly and monthly. The daily view can be set to view a number of days at one time.
